Our products go through different and varied stages managed by a professional work team that is carefully selected so that the work is in safe hands and considers the requirements of health, safety, and public hygiene. We proudly share with you that our work is not limited to searching for the best types of vegetables and fruits and taking care of them to be exported only, but we also manufacture the materials concerned for packaging and wrapping the products ourselves, where the role of the manufacturing and printing department comes in, as here we find the best types of packaging made of food cardboard that is resistant to mould and moisture and is intended for use inside cold stores and refrigerated trucks.
Thanks be to God Almighty, only a few years were more than enough to rise to the top and become the first competitor locally with many achievements, as we export more than 40 thousand tons of vegetables and fruits annually to many countries, such as the Gulf countries, Egypt, Germany, Sweden, Canada and others. More than 15 thousand tons of cardboard boxes are produced, part of which is sold to other companies within the Kingdom. Since 1955, Mr. Adel Sara and Sons Company has been a pioneer in marketing various agricultural products within Jordan until 1998, when we began exporting agricultural products to various Gulf countries and Lebanon.
Sidra Company was established for packaging, wrapping and exporting high quality agricultural products. In 2007, Taj Company was also established for packaging, wrapping and exporting various agricultural products.
In 2008, Deeratna Company was established, specializing in the manufacture of plastic and cardboard packaging for agricultural products and providing all the necessary materials for exporting fruits and vegetables. In the same year, a fruit washing and sorting line was installed, and machines were installed to manufacture plastic boxes for vegetables and fruits, and machines were installed to manufacture cartons used to pack vegetables and fruits, and modest cold storage warehouses were established to serve the interests of the company
In 2014, a new project was established, with a capacity of 2000 tons of cold storage warehouses, and production halls for packaging were established.
In 2016, solar panels were installed to generate enough electricity to meet the needs of the entire cold storage facility.
In 2018, another line was installed for washing and sorting fruits.
In 2020, a date sorting, washing and packaging machine was installed using modern and advanced technology that relies on photographing the peeling percentage of dates and weighing them to classify them into various types and sizes that meet consumers’ desires.
In 2021, a new cold storage project was established with an area of 2,000 square meters and a capacity of 3,500 tons, bringing our total storage capacity to 6,000 tons.
In 2023, an independent project was established with an area of 8,000 square meters dedicated to manufacturing cardboard packaging for agricultural products and printing designs of various brands on the packaging.
